We are excited to announce that our March All Club Event will take place at the historic Hotel Sorrento's stunning 'Top of the Town' ballroom on the 7th floor. This charming hotel in First Hill is rumored to be haunted by the ghost of Alice B Toklas (longtime partner of Gertrude Stein). Our speaker will be Bob Ewing, co-founder of Footloose Sailing Association, the Northwest's premiere non-profit sailing program for people of all disabilities.
Attendees must pay and choose a meal upon registration. The cost is $48.
The chef will be preparing a local citrus green salad with cucumber, tomato, and apple served with a citrus vinaigrette. Juice, coffee and tea are included.
The three enticing entree choices are:
1) Torchio pasta with cherry tomatoes, eggplant, lemon, olive oil and shallots
2) Flat iron steak with salsa verde (GF), broccolini, & fingerling potatoes
3) Sautéed chicken w/ mushrooms, roasted potatoes & tarragon cream sauce

Parking: Valet parking is available for a discounted fee of $5. The hotel will have extra valet staff to move our cars to a nearby lot, but it's challenging if we arrive at the same time. If you can, please carpool, use a rideshare service, take public transit, or arrive early. As the management told us, "We appreciate your cooperation in planning ahead so that everyone can enjoy a seamless start to this special event!"
