A Festive Holiday Gathering
Let’s celebrate the season of merry and bright with music, friendship, and a festive meal. All club members are invited to this gathering in Ballard, and guests and prospective members are welcome as well.
Timeline:
- 12 noon: Social time
- 12:30: Welcome by President Ann Bourey
- 12:45: Catered lunch
- 1:30: Acoustic holiday music by the Woodscreek Duo
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT INFO:
- Registration closes on Dec. 7.
- The per-person fee of $44 includes a catered lunch, entertainment, and all service fees and gratuities.

- Dec. 9 is the deadline to cancel and get a refund. After that, no refunds will be issued.
LUNCH CHOICES:
When you register, indicate your choice of entree:
- Meat Lasagna
- Vegetarian Lasagna
- Gluten-free Meat Lasagna
All meals include:
- Greens with apples, candied pecans, blue cheese and maple vinaigrette
- Garlic bread or gluten-free rolls
- Assorted cookies and gluten-free treats
- Coffee, tea and water
FUND-RAISING RAFFLE:
Your purchase of raffle tickets raises funds that support our nonprofit organization.
The prize at this event is a battery-lit, 2-foot-tall tree hung with 50 origami "ornaments" made of dollar bills. The winner will take home both tree itself and all the cash.
OUR ANNUAL NONPROFIT PROJECT:
We’ve chosen to support FareStart this holiday seasons. FareStart helps people gain stability and offers a community of support as young people earn culinary skills that will prepare them for new employment pathways. FareStart also helps provide a lasting solution to joblessness, homelessness, and hunger.
Please bring an item from the attached list to the meeting, and we’ll make sure it is delivered to FareStart in Seattle. If you cannot make the meeting but would still like to donate, consider purchasing a donation from their Amazon Charity Wish List.
